General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern sales made on the website www.orevias.com, operated by OREVIAS. Placing an order implies unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

1. Seller

OREVIAS, whose full contact details are provided in the Legal Notice. Contact: contact@orevias.com.

2. Products

The products offered are clothing and outfits for babies and young children. Photographs and descriptions are prepared with the greatest care but are not absolutely contractually binding; slight variations (shades, details) may occur.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery charges, which are specified before the order is confirmed. Orevias reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are billed at the price in effect when the order is placed.

4. Order

The order is confirmed once payment has been processed. You will be sent an order confirmation email summarizing your order.

5. Payment

Payment is made online using the methods offered on the website. Transactions are secure. Orders are shipped once payment has been received.

6. Delivery

Delivery methods and times are detailed in our Delivery Policy.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

8. Legal warranties

All our products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of a defect, contact us at contact@orevias.com.

In accordance with applicable regulations, if a dispute cannot be resolved, you may refer it free of charge to a consumer mediator.
