Orders and products

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page lists the available sizes by age (for example, 6–9 months, 1–2 years). Our items fit true to size; if you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

What materials are your clothes made from?
The materials are listed on each product page. Most of our outfits are made from soft polyester, sometimes with elastane for added stretch, and some have a fleece lining for winter.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days and then delivered in approximately 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination. Full details are available on our Shipping Policy page.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number when available.

Returns and refunds

Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right to cancel, provided the items are new and unworn. See our Returns and Refunds Policy page.

How will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
