Return and Refund Policy
At Orevias, we want you and your baby to be completely satisfied. If an item isn't right for you, here's what to do.
Right to withdraw (14 days)
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right to withdraw, without having to give a reason. If this period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
Return conditions
- Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed and with their original tags.
- Items must be in their original packaging where possible.
- For hygiene reasons, unsealed underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned, unless they are non-compliant.
How to request a return
Email us at contact@orevias.com with your order number and the item concerned. We will provide instructions and the return address within 48 hours.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged or not as ordered, in which case Orevias will cover the costs.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the payment method used for the order. The refund covers the price of the item and, in the case of a full withdrawal, the original standard delivery costs.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective item or one that differs from your order, contact us within 14 days and include a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our expense.
Legal guarantees
Regardless of this commercial policy, you are entitled to the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for by law.
